BSNL's Rakhi offer, 1 GB data with unlimited calls at 74 rupees

Government Mobile Service Provider BSNL has introduced a new offer for its customers on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. BSNL has introduced a new attractive combo voucher named Rakhi Sauga, which is named STV-74.

Mr. R. Of Mittal, Director Consumer Mobility, BSNL Board said that while discharging its traditions, BSNL offers the cheapest tariff offer on festivals. Apart from this, in the festival days, we have introduced some other combo vouchers for Rs 189 / -, 289 / - and 389 / - respectively, which will provide up to 18% additional talk value and one GB free data according to different user needs.

Airtel subscribers start getting benefits, remaining data starts transferring to the next bill

Postpaid customers of Airtel will not have any worries about not using data prescribed in a bill cycle this month. Indeed, Airtel had promised last month that it will launch the Data Rollover Program from August 1

This offer is now available to every customer. By the way, some customers had started benefiting from this offer earlier. Airtel had already informed that the data rollover facility is only for postpaid customers. It's prepaid or broadband customers.

How works the Airtel Data Rollover Program

For example, a postpaid customer of Airtel receives 10 GB of data per month in its plan and has consumed only 8 GB of data in July. In this case, the remaining 2 GB data will be added to the next month's balance, i.e. the customer will be able to use 10 or 12 GB data in the month of August.

The end of current financial year, Airtel to start VoLTE services across India

We can seem like the VoLTE wars between telecom operators is about to begin. PTI reports that Bharti Airtel is planning to roll out VoLTE services across India by the end of the current financial year. During its earning call, Gopal Vittal, MD and CEO (India and South Asia ) Bharti Airtel said, “We have done (VoLTE) trials in 5-6 cities. Towards the end of this financial year, we will be taking VoLTE everywhere. The uptake of VoLTE devices will depend on certification.

Vittal also mentioned the new JioPhone launched by Reliance Jio, which is a 4G features phone. However, he said that Airtel will not be doing the same. “One of the things that we have stayed away and have no intention to get into is subsidizing device, managing device inventories and running these devices as they belong to us,”

Vodafone India launches new 4G plan with 70GB data, unlimited calls

Vodafone India: Doing up with competition, telecom operator Vodafone India on date 25/07/2017 announced a new 70 GB, 4G data plan to take on rival Reliance Jio.

Priced of at is Rs 244. This plan offers 70Gb of high-speed 4G data (with a 1GB limit per day) for 70 days and unlimited calling facility.
The plan, however, is only available to new subscribers on the Vodafone network.

Reliance Jio's Rs 309 plan, on the other hand, offers 56 GB of high-speed 4G data (1GB daily FUP) for 56 days besides unlimited calling and SMS during the validity period. Subsequent recharges will offer the same data amount, but validity will be reduced to 35 days instead of 70.
