India Kawasaki Motors (IKM) has introduced its retro-modern roadster, the Z900RS, in India with a price tag of Rs 15.3 lakh (ex-showroom). The new motorcycle is a perfect blend of the 1970s’ original Z1 and modern Z900.
Z900RS has a 948 cc liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine. This engine produces 111 horsepower thrust. In addition, it has a 6-speed gearbox. For the safety, there are 300mm twin disc brakes on the front wheel. 250mm disc brake facility is provided in the rear wheels. The bike’s fuel tank has a capacity of 17 liters. Round LED lamps to give a great look to the bike. The Z900RS bike is equipped with KRTC (Kawasaki Traction Control). It has a dual analog-style speedometer and tachometer. From 2019, Kawasaki will launch this motorcycle manufacturing in India. After that, the price of a bike can be reduced by 5 lakh rupees in India. This bike has become a long and comfortable trip. Purely made in Kawasaki factory of Japan, the Z900RS is available in India in brown and orange color options.
