Airtel expanded its ‘My First Smartphone’ program on 22/12/2016 and launched the Celkon Star 4G+ handset in the market. If the interested customers buy this handset they will have to stay connected to the Airtel network. Apart from this, the handset has to be used for three years to get the full benefit. This telecom company has informed that the price in the handset market is Rs 2,999. The effective price of Celkon Star 4G+ brought in the partnership of Airtel and Celkon will be Rs 1,249.
The Specifications of Celkon Star 4G+
Celkon Star 4G + will already have my Airtel, Airtel TV, and Wink Music app installed. Apart from this, the user also has the option to access the Google Play Store.
The first to buy Celkon Star 4G + will be Rs 2,749. After this, monthly recharge will be done for the next 36 months. The company has suggested using the recharge pack of 169 rupees. In doing so, the telecom company will pay a cashback of Rs. 500 after the first 18 months. If the customer recharges with the minimum amount for the next 18 months, he will get a cashback of an additional Rs 1,000. In this way, the total amount of cashback will be Rs 1,500. However, in order to get cash back, at least 6,000 rupees must be recharged in 36 months. The first installment will be available in 18 months. To get this amount, at least 3,000 rupees will be recharged in 18 months. Airtel has informed that customers can choose any Recharge Pack of their choice.
This handset of Celkon will be available in major retail stores across the country. At the same time, the prepaid pack will have to be recharged from Airtel retail stores.
